Return Policy
We offer a 30-day refund policy on all products. Shipping charges
will not be refunded, except in cases that arise from our mistakes.
Please contact us before returning any parts to request an RMA (return
merchandise authorization) number. You may contact us by email at
sales@4wheelsupply.com.
Replying from your original email receipt is the easiest way to
submit an RMA request.
At the time you receive your RMA number you will also be given the
correct address to use for return shipping.
Please write your RMA number in large print on the outside of the
returned package along with a copy of your original invoice or email
receipt.
Note: All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Parts
returned within 30 days from the invoice date are eligible for a
refund. Refunds will be given on parts only, not shipping. All parts
must be returned in the original package, cannot have been damaged
or installed and must be in original condition. All returned parts
must be sent freight prepaid.
Privacy
We will never sell or give your personal information to an individual
or company for the purpose of marketing or advertising.
Shipping
Policies:
All products are shipped F.O.B. City, State U.P.S. or Federal Express
unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs are determined by weight
and size of product.
In cases
where orders are placed that include multiple items, some items
may be shipped separately.
Although
most products are in stock and will ship on the same or next day
from when order is placed, please allow 2 to 10 business days for
processing plus shipping time. If products are backordered, you
will be notified.

because many
of our products are drop shipped directly from the manufacture,

reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order.
